A short story.
I've spent the last decade working at the intersection of people, product and technology — leading teams, shipping software, and helping organisations move from strategy to execution.
My approach is calm and direct. I prefer clear problems, honest conversations, and small teams that ship. I care about craft — and about the humans doing the work.
Outside of work I'm curious about design, golf, poker — and the long game of thinking big.
